阿韦洛亚确认将离开皇马 上任仅五个月

业内5月23日讯皇家马德里主教练阿尔瓦罗·阿韦洛亚在赛前新闻发布会上正式确认，自己将在2025-2026赛季结束后离开皇马帅位，不再执教球队，这一消息终结了此前数月围绕他帅位稳固性的所有传闻，也意味着他为期仅五个月的皇马一线队执教生涯即将画上句号，成为皇马近年来任期最短的正式主帅之一。

自2026年1月执教以来，阿韦洛亚带队出战20场正式比赛，仅取得8胜6平6负的战绩，胜率不足40%，西甲赛场排名长期徘徊在第5至第7位，无缘欧冠资格区，国王杯止步半决赛，欧冠小组赛未能出线，整体表现远低于皇马作为顶级豪门的标准，攻防两端均暴露明显短板，进攻端依赖单点突破、缺乏稳定体系，防守端漏洞频发、关键战屡屡失分，难以复刻球队过往的统治力。更关键的是，他未能有效掌控皇马更衣室，队内多位核心球员对其战术理念、用人选择与训练强度存在抵触情绪，更衣室矛盾逐渐公开化，球员执行力下降、团队凝聚力涣散，高层认为他缺乏驾驭顶级豪门更衣室的魄力与能力，无法凝聚球队向心力。

与此同时，皇马主席弗洛伦蒂诺·佩雷斯启动新的战略布局，决定邀请穆里尼奥重返皇马执教，穆里尼奥的铁血风格与大赛经验被视为解决当前困境的最优解，阿韦洛亚的离队成为高层推进换帅计划的必然结果。
