76人官宣莫雷下课 纳斯将会继续留任

业内5月13日讯 据悉，费城76人在日前通过官方宣布，达雷尔·莫雷正式下课。随后，ESPN的知名记者Shams在跟进报道当中提到，76人主教练纳斯将会继续留任且球队会尽可能延续目前的阵容框架，这意味着本次人事变动仅仅涉及到莫雷。资料显示，莫雷在2020年出任球队执行总裁至今，尚未帮助76人晋级东部决赛，期间4次止步东部分区半决赛、1次止步季后赛首轮且还出现过未能晋级季后赛的情况。值得一提的是，76人在人事变动的官宣当中，暂时确定鲍勃·迈尔斯处理莫雷的相关事务，且前者会在休赛期协助球队寻求合适的篮球事务运营总裁的人选。

据了解，达雷尔·莫雷在2020-21赛季任职篮球事务运营总裁之后，球队在当赛季打入季后赛但止步于东部分区半决赛，随后连续在22和23年同样未能突破季后赛次轮而24年则是在首轮就遭到了淘汰，再然后则是在上个赛季无缘季后赛。至于本赛季，76人以东部分区第七的身份重返季后赛，首轮与波士顿凯尔特人在抢七大战当中击败对手但次轮则是遭到了纽约尼克斯的横扫。

“关于费城76人决定解雇篮球事务运营总裁达雷尔·莫雷，这是管理层在过去一段时间深思熟虑后的结果，特别是本赛季在过程当中林根失望的背景下，管理层希望球队能够有所改变。要知道，莫雷在20-21赛季被球队聘任之后，操作方面并未达到预期的目标，包括了球星的签约和交易以及选秀方面的工作等等，这也让球队早就有将其裁掉的倾向。”日前，来自于76人随队记者Howard Eskin在报道当中，给出了这样的说法。
